DAN DEACON'S ULTIMATE REALITY YOUR

A touring Dan Deacon stopped for a night of overwhelming audio/ visual experience in the Pozen Center at the Massachusetts College of Art. The night included acts; Main Fader, Big Digits, Ho-Ag, a screening of Dan Deacon's "Ultimate Reality", and a solo set by Dan Deacon. The event was successful in delivering a psychedelic, intense, physical sensation to an all ages crowd. The audience was met with an oversized projection of Deacon's "Ultimate Reality" ; consisting of manipulated footage of Schwarzenegger favorites, hypnotic visuals, pyrotechnics, and a love of blue-screen bursting with nostalgia, created by Baltimore artist Jimmy Joe Roach. The screening also featured a live soundtrack accompanied by two live drummers. The night culminated in the loudest and sweatiest dance party to ever hit the Pozen Center.
